KPM+ THE SPACE FOR ART COLLABORATIONS
"Porcelain is a diva," says KPM chief designer Thomas Wenzel about the white material. Handling it is a challenge that can only be mastered with pure passion and great craftsmanship. Contemporary artists and designers are now taking on this task, creating extraordinary art objects with a new perspective and their personal fascination for porcelain.
The KPM+ format offers space for creative dialogue between traditional craftsmanship and contemporary art. Since its launch in 2017, the Berlin-based manufacturer's creators and artists from different genres have been working together to think outside the box and, guided by experimental approaches and a passion for their craft and perfect design, to create new classics with a contemporary aesthetic.
