Once your pieces and customization are selected, the KPM sales team will create a non-binding offer for you and schedule a suitable delivery date.
Once you place your order, our experienced KPM master painters will decorate your pieces individually and by hand. This makes each piece a one-of-a-kind work of art of great value.
We’re happy to package your items in a KPM gift box or in custom packaging featuring your logo. We can also include greeting cards, cover letters, or notes.
After up to 19 quality checks, we securely package your items and ship your order in a climate-neutral manner to you or to individual recipients.

For the KPM Berlin , the capital is more than just a location! Every step of the process, from concept to product, takes place on the manufactory grounds in Berlin’s Tiergarten. The driving force behind the company is the desire to pass on the expertise in this craft—perfected since its founding by “ Frederick ” the Great—to future generations. For this reason, the manufactory trains artisans, preserves traditions, and carries them into the future. In 2023, KPM Berlin launched the exclusive City Palace Edition: the To-go cup, the BERLIN breakfast cup , and the Vide Poche are adorned with a gold-plated image of the historic Hohenzollern Palace.

The prototype for this re-edited, handle-less espresso cup was created in 1933 as a design study by Bauhaus designer Marguerite Friedlaender as part of a commissioned project. The “ saucer ”’s design—featuring an open circular rim—makes it a true rarity of its time and a must-have for all lovers and collectors of handcrafted Berlin porcelain and the timeless Bauhaus aesthetic. Both the “ cup ” and the “ saucer ,” featuring the iconic KPM stamp, can be customized with text, your logo, or a “ decor ” in your colors.

The aromatic bouquet of the porcelain is particularly evident in KPM’s painting workshop: Here, our skilled master painters mix their color pigments with natural anise or orange oils, bringing an aromatic fragrance composition to life through their artwork.The fragrance composition and the porcelain vessels from the KURLAND and LAB collections tell the story of KPM, creating a connection between the manufactory’s tradition and a piece of interior décor. Please note that the vessels for the scented candles cannot be personalized.
