Outside the EU: upon request

In the case of partial deliveries, the shipping costs are only charged once.

DELIVERY TIMES

We process and ship orders during our general business hours, which are Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 3 p.m., excluding public holidays.

Porcelain pieces that are available from stock in the manufactory are delivered within Germany from Monday to Friday in 2 to 5 days. Abroad, the standard delivery time is between 5 and 10 days. Decorated porcelains are individualized according to your wishes in our master painting workshop, i.e. specially made for you, and therefore have a longer delivery time. This depends on the number of pieces, the difficulty of the decor and the workload of our porcelain painters. The availability and exact delivery time of your items are shown on the product pages of the KPM online shop.

DELIVERY AND TRACKING

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation and shipping information via email. You can also view the current status of your order at any time in your customer account. If promised delivery times cannot be met, we will inform you immediately.

As soon as we have packaged your order, you will receive an email notification with the DHL tracking number. You can check the shipment status via the link after collection by DHL GoGreen.

Deliveries with a higher number of pieces or greater weight may be divided into several packages. Please inspect the goods in detail upon receipt. If you notice any transport damage to the product, please contact us at onlineshop@kpm-berlin.com or by telephone on 030 232 560 480.

KPM Royal Porcelain Manufactory Berlin is aware of its responsibility and therefore ships exclusively climate-neutral with DHL GoGreen.

RETURNS

All orders can be returned to us free of charge within 14 days. To do this, please use the original box to return the goods to us complete, in their original packaging and in an unused and undamaged condition. Together with the completed return slip, pack the shipment in the parcel and use the enclosed return label for the free return shipment.
