History

designer: Marguerite Friedlaender-Wildenhain year: 1930 material: Porzellan

Friedlaender-Wildenhain's unadorned, perfectly shaped utilitarian harnesses with a special focus on functionality and practicality revolutionized the market, and her collections such as "Hallesche Form" made design history. A captivating design from this period, which absolutely embodies Marguerite Friedlaender-Wildenhain's design premise, was commissioned by the former Halle airline: the "Ringmoccatasse", also known as the "aviator cup". Product description

When a creative studio and an espresso machine manufacturer join forces, the result is a design with no speed limit. For the SUCUX V8 , a custom-made version of the legendary Linea Classic S from La Marzocco, SUCUK UND BRATWURST has transformed the ritual of making coffee into an experience that is almost reminiscent of refueling a car.

Since June 2025, you can see this for yourself at the coffee pop-up at Strausberger Platz 3 in Berlin. KPM Berlin developed the SUCUX COFFEE CUP based on the design of the aviator cup by Marguerite Friedlaender. Inspired by the engine cylinder, the cup was refined with hand-painted platinum and thus also functions visually as part of the SUCUX V8.
