The Royal Porcelain Manufactory (KPM) is looking for a committed working student or mini-jobber (m/f/d) to support the press department with a focus on sample logistics, starting in early March.

In this position, you will play a key role in organizing and handling product and sample shipments and gain exciting insights into the interface between press relations, influencer relations, and logistics.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Organization, coordination, and handling of product shipments in the context of influencer seedings
• Shipping, return control, and tracking of products for press and media inquiries
• Maintenance, management, and booking of goods movements in the merchandise management system (NAV)
• Ensuring the smooth running of all logistical processes within the press department
  

YOUR PROFILE

• Very good written and spoken German skills
• Structured, meticulous, and reliable approach to work
• Confident use of common office applications (Microsoft)
• Initial experience with merchandise management systems (e.g., NAV) is an advantage.
