THE TASKS INCLUDE IN PARTICULAR

  • Ensuring smooth shipping operations in compliance with all shipping guidelines
  • Timely delivery of goods, packaging, and consumables to stores
  • Responsibility for the timely processing of all domestic and international shipments via freight forwarders and courier services in compliance with applicable customs regulations
  • Booking and sorting for specialist retailers
  • Creation and processing of export invoices for all sales channels
  • Ensuring that incoming and outgoing mail is processed on time
  • Professional, efficient, and needs-based storage of packaging materials and performance of monthly inventory checks

THE FOLLOWING QUALITIES DISTINGUISH YOU

  • Confident use of Navision and MS Office programs Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Independent and responsible approach to work
  • Flexibility and ability to work in a team
  • High level of commitment, reliability, and punctuality
  • Valid Class 3 driver's license and the ability to drive a motor vehicle safely at all times
  • On-call duty until 4:00 p.m.; coordination takes place within the team or with colleagues.
