THE TASKS INCLUDE IN PARTICULAR

department management

    • Technical and organizational management of the areas of warehousing, shipping, and pre-packaging

    • Personnel responsibility for employees in the warehouse, shipping, and pre-packaging

    • Function as NAV key user in the warehouse/shipping department

Responsibility for conducting and organizing inventories

camp

    • Organization of efficient and proper warehousing

    • Ensuring a structured storage system

    • Responsibility for storage, order picking, and inventory control

    • Shipping
        • Organization of shipping and packaging processes

        • Coordination of parcel and freight shipments (domestic and international)

        • Handling of customs matters

        • Planning and organizing your own trips

        • Responsibility for receiving goods

THE FOLLOWING QUALITIES DISTINGUISH YOU

  • Work experience in warehousing/logistics and knowledge of product ranges
  • Independent, structured, and responsible approach to work
  • Personal authority, assertiveness, and communication skills
  • High resilience, reliability, and punctuality
  • Confident use of Navision and MS Office programs Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Good comprehension skills and technical understanding
  • Valid Class 3 driver's license and the ability to drive a motor vehicle safely at all times
  • Ensuring operational readiness in the shipping office until 4:00 p.m.; coordination takes place within the team or with colleagues.
