THE TASKS INCLUDE IN PARTICULAR

  • Direct contact person for customers with questions about orders and products in the KPM online shop (by phone, email, and live chat)
  • Order processing and invoice management for the online store
  • Creation and maintenance of accounts receivable in the Microsoft Dynamics NAV merchandise management system
  • Written and telephone correspondence as well as careful documentation of all processes
  • Checking incoming payments and processing reminders in cooperation with financial accounting
  • Handling complaints and finding service-oriented solutions

THE FOLLOWING QUALITIES DISTINGUISH YOU

  • Completed commercial training, ideally in the field of commerce, or comparable qualification
  • Confident use of common office applications (Microsoft)
  • Knowledge of Microsoft NAV is an advantage
  • Strong service and customer focus
  • Confident handling of numbers and understanding of accounting processes
  • Good written and spoken German and English skills
