THE TASKS INCLUDE IN PARTICULAR

  • Preparation, calculation, and tracking of quotations, as well as complete order processing, including scheduling and monitoring
  • Performing the interface function between corporate customers, production, and painting to ensure smooth processes
  • Conducting sales talks and actively approaching, advising, and supporting national corporate clients
  • Participation in the planning, development, and implementation of acquisition and sales measures, in particular mailings, sales campaigns, and events
  • Monitoring incoming payments and assisting with the processing of reminders in close coordination with financial accounting
  • Processing, coordinating, and following up on complaints to ensure high customer satisfaction

THE FOLLOWING QUALITIES DISTINGUISH YOU

  • Service orientation and enjoyment in dealing with customers
  • Very good written and spoken German, English skills desirable
  • Friendly nature and ability to work in a team
  • Structured, meticulous, and reliable approach to work
  • Confident use of common office applications (Microsoft)
  • Initial experience with merchandise management systems (e.g., NAV) is an advantage.
