THE TASKS INCLUDE IN PARTICULAR

  • Operational implementation of specified marketing campaigns via our digital channels
    (website, newsletter, and performance channels such as Meta, Google, etc.)
  • Close collaboration with marketing, graphic design, and external service providers and agencies
  • Maintenance, updating, and further development of campaign assets, content, and landing pages
  • Monitoring, analysis, and evaluation of relevant performance KPIs along the customer journey
  • Derivation of learnings and specific recommendations for action to optimize current and future campaigns
  • Structured documentation of results, findings, and best practices
  • Actively contributing new ideas and optimization suggestions based on data, user understanding, and brand standards

THE FOLLOWING QUALITIES DISTINGUISH YOU

  • Completed training in marketing, communications, or e-commerce
  • Initial professional experience in online marketing, e-commerce, or digital campaign environments is desirable.
  • Analytical thinking skills and confident handling of numbers and KPIs
  • Good sense of aesthetics, brand management, and high-quality visual communication
  • Confident use of digital tools and common analytical metrics
  • Structured, team-oriented, and independent working style
