THE TASKS INCLUDE IN PARTICULAR
- Posting of incoming invoices
- Processing accounts payable (incl. payment transactions)
- Reconciliation of Accounts Payable
- Allocation and booking of credit cards
- Account assignment and posting of bank statements
- Processing of various clearing accounts
- Support with month-end closing work
- Preparatory year-end closing work, e.g. balance confirmations, creditors with debit balances, accruals and deferrals
Deputy Head of Finance and Accounting
- Advance sales tax returns & statistics
- Liquidity Management: Determining Cash and Cash Equivalents and Identifying Surplus or Shortfall
- Main Cashier's Office
Accounts Receivable Deputy
- Accounting, booking and filing of sales galleries
- Contact for questions about incoming payments
THE FOLLOWING QUALITIES DISTINGUISH YOU
- Commercial training
- Professional experience in accounting
- Knowledge of accounting
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel/Word)
- Ideally knowledge of Navision or Business Central
- Good knowledge of German
- Accuracy, diligence
