In all data processing operations (e.g. collection, processing and transmission), we proceed in accordance with the statutory provisions. Your data required for business transactions will be stored and used by us for order processing to the extent necessary and passed on to service providers commissioned by us. Address and order data are collected and processed for our own marketing purposes. For external marketing purposes, only data for which this is permitted by law will be passed on.

Right to information

Upon written request, we will be happy to inform you in accordance with our legal obligation whether and which of your personal data we have stored. In accordance with the provisions of the Federal Data Protection Act, you may request the correction, blocking or deletion of this data. Right of withdrawal

You have the option at any time to object to the collection, processing and use of your data and/or to revoke your consent to the collection, processing and forwarding of your personal data to us with effect for the future. Notes on cookies

Cookies are text files that are stored on the user's computer when they visit a website. KPM uses so-called session cookies, which are immediately deleted when the browser is closed. These allow you to conveniently enjoy the cross-page shopping cart display, for example, in which you can see how many items are currently in your shopping cart and how tall your current purchase value is. Web tracking

Google website analysis tool

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service of Google Inc ("Google"). This website also uses the Google Signals service as an extension of Google Analytics. With Google Signals, we can have Google create cross-device reports (so-called "cross-device tracking"). If you have activated "personalized ads" in your Google account settings and you have linked your internet-enabled devices to your Google account, Google can analyze user behavior across devices and create database models based on this if you have given your consent to the use of Google Analytics in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a GDPR (see above). The logins
and device types of all site visitors who were logged into a Google account and carried out a conversion are taken into account. The data shows, among other things, on which device you clicked on an ad for the first time and on which device the associated conversion took place. We do not receive any personal data from Google, but only statistics compiled on the basis of Google Signals. Social plug-ins

Our websites use plug-ins from the social network Meta (http://www.meta.com). These are operated by Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, 4 Grand Canal Square Grand Canal Harbour Dublin 2 Ireland (hereinafter: "Meta"). The Meta plug-ins can be recognized on our website by the Meta logo or a corresponding addition "Like". If you visit one of our websites with one of these plug-ins, this plug-in establishes a direct connection between your browser and Meta's servers. Inxmail: We use the "Inxmail" service of "Inxmail GmbH", based in Freiburg, Germany, to send our newsletter. The data stored during registration is transmitted to "Inxmail GmbH" and stored by "Inxmail GmbH". The data entered during registration will not be transmitted to other third parties. Fonts.com: This website uses "fonts.com", a font service provided by Linotype GmbH, Werner-Reimers-Straße 2-4, 61352 Bad Homburg ("fonts.com"). Each time this website is accessed, files are loaded from a "fonts.com" server to display the texts in a specific font. Your IP address may be transmitted to a "fonts.com" server and stored as part of the usual weblog. The further processing of this information is the responsibility of "fonts.com", the corresponding conditions and setting options can be found in the data protection information of "fonts.com".
Hotjar: This website uses the web analysis service Hotjar from Hotjar Ltd. Hotjar Ltd. is a European company based in Malta (Hotjar Ltd, Level 2, St Julians Business Centre, 3, Elia Zammit Street, St Julians STJ 1000, Malta. This tool can be used to track movements on the website on which Hotjar is used (so-called heat maps). For example, it is possible to see how far users scroll and which buttons users click and how often. The tool also makes it possible to obtain feedback directly from website users. In this way, we obtain valuable information to make our websites even faster and more customer-friendly. The above analysis is carried out on the basis of our legitimate interests for optimization and marketing purposes and the interest-based design of our website in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. Klaviyo service

We use Klaviyo on our website. Klaviyo is a service for our email marketing. The service provider is the American company Klaviyo, 125 Summer St, Boston, MA 02110, USA. Klaviyo also processes personal data in the USA, among other places. We must point out that, according to the decision of the European Court of Justice and the opinion of the Conference of Independent Federal and State Data Protection Supervisory Authorities of July 28, 2020 (Schrems 2), there is currently no adequate level of data protection for data transfers to the USA. This may entail various risks for the legality and security of data protection. Klaviyo uses standard contractual clauses approved by the EU Commission (= Art. 46 para. 2 and 3 GDPR) as the basis for data processing with recipients based in third countries (outside the European Union, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway and in particular in the USA) or for data transfer there. These clauses oblige Klaviyo to comply with the EU level of data protection when processing relevant data outside the European Union. These clauses are based on an implementing decision of the EU Commission. Transfer of personal data to third parties

Your personal data will only be transmitted to third parties to the service partners involved in the execution of the contract and carefully selected in accordance with § 11 BDSG, such as the logistics company commissioned with the delivery and the credit institution commissioned with payment matters. In cases where your personal data is transferred to third parties, the scope of the data transferred is always limited to the minimum necessary in accordance with the principles of data protection law.

The security of your data is very important to us. We therefore use technical and organizational security measures to protect the data you provide against accidental or intentional manipulation, loss, destruction or access by unauthorized persons in the best possible way. Our security measures are continuously improved in line with technological developments.

Objection to data collection
