History

Designer: Trude Petri Year: 1967 Material: Porcelain

The Cadre is the last design developed by Trude Petri for KPM Berlin; its entry in the model book from 1967 is still listed under the name “Vase Tee.” This is because the Cadre design was originally developed Cadre 1945 as a tea canister with a lid for the URBINO service. Starting in 1984, the vase was referred to as “Quadre” in reference to its shape; today, it is simply calledCadre.”
