The minimalist-technical design language of the LAB series is inspired by KPM laboratory porcelain from the 20th century and has been consistently further developed by chief designer Thomas Wenzel since 2015 for the modern kitchen laboratory. The multifunctional line impresses equally with its timeless design and its exceptional feel. All members of the constantly growing LAB family can be recognized by the chrome green stamp mark and the lettering "BERLIN".

The ribs also enable optimum extraction time, avoiding the risk of burnt-tasting coffee caused by brewing too quickly. Due to this extraordinary functional and aesthetic design, the coffee filter was awarded the internationally coveted iF Gold Award in the 'Product' discipline in 2016.
For a special kind of coffee ceremony, the coffee filter is complemented by the accompanying coffee station , on whose height-adjustable arm the filter sits securely and precisely as it passes through.
