LAB spice rack

With the LAB series, KPM Chief Designer Thomas Wenzel created a timeless product family that combines multifunctional aesthetics and minimalism for the modern kitchen. Inspired by technical porcelain manufactured by the company in the 20th century, the pieces in the LAB series are adorned with the word “BERLIN” and a stamped mark whose chrome-green color was already used back then to identify laboratory porcelain.
Since the launch of the LAB series in 2016, an award-winning coffee filter and delicate “ cup ” have been gradually joined by minimalist bowls, plates, jars, a “ tea pot ,” and kitchen accessories such as a mortar-and-pestle set and a pair of spice mills. Thanks to their technical character, the LAB spice products inspire creativity in the kitchen.With the new spice rack, Wenzel is now expanding the LAB universe to include another all-rounder in this category. The spice rack, made of high-quality solid wood, organizes five spice containers; the contrast in materials—fine glass and sturdy, smooth-glazed porcelain—showcases spices and herbs. Sealed airtight with a plastic stopper, the spice rack serves as a functional culinary helper and a minimalist centerpiece in the experimental kitchen.
