The Cadre Vase is the last form developed by Trude Petri for KPM Berlin, whose entry in the model book in 1967 can still be found under the designation ‚Vase Tee‘. Because originally the form of the Cadre was developed after 1945 as a tea caddy with lid for the URBINO service. From 1984, the vase was now referred to as ‚Quadre‘, referring to its form, today simplified ‚Cadre‘.

The KURLAND cup, Cadre vases 0, 1, and 2, and the Vide Poche feature wallpaper motifs reminiscent of the late 18th century. Inspired by Luise's favorite place, Paretz Palace, KPM's master painters transferred exotic flowering trees, birds, and berries onto porcelain with fine brushstrokes, giving the Luise Edition an extraordinary painterly depth. In a limited edition of 100 pieces, individually numbered, the Cadre 0 becomes a true collector's item.
