With the Heritage Edition Luise, the “ KPM Berlin ” is launching five products handcrafted at its workshops in Tiergarten to mark the 250th anniversary of Queen Luise of Prussia’s birth. Wallpaper motifs evoking the late 18th century adorn the KURLAND To-Gocup, the “ Cadre ” vases 0, 1, and 2, and the Vide Poche. Inspired by Luise’s favorite place, Paretz Palace, KPM’s master painters transferred exotic flowering trees, birds, and berries onto porcelain with delicate brushstrokes, lending the Edition Luise an extraordinary painterly depth. Produced in a limited edition of 100 individually numbered pieces, the “ Cadre ” 0 is a true collector’s item.
