Nestled in the fairytale natural landscape between Bad Hersfeld, Kassel and Eisenach lies the stately 16th century estate. Here, the herbs and fruit come from the surrounding gardens, the water from the hotel's own wells and the game from the private hunting grounds. Producers from the region supply anything that cannot be produced in-house. Only fish and seafood are bought directly from the fisherman in Brittany or Skagen in Denmark.
