With URBINO, the young designer Trude Petri created a milestone in tableware at the start of her thirty-year career at the Berlin Royal Porcelain Manufactory ( Königliche Porzellan-Manufaktur , KPM). The elegant functionality of the shapes—derived from circles and spheres—remains as relevant today as it was when they were first created in 1931. The coffee pot from KPM’s URBINO service reflects the full genius of the design. With a capacity of 1.2 liters, the large coffee pot from the URBINO service by KPM Berlin is sufficient for up to ten URBINO coffee cups or five URBINO breakfast mugs. Note: A lid is not included.
A hand-drawn, delicate black frame in the Canto design accentuates the minimalist circular shape that forms the basis of the URBINO collection by Trude Petri, allowing you to rediscover its balanced form on your table.
