Product Information

The LAB “ egg cup ” brings a minimalist, technical aesthetic to the table. In addition to the interplay between glazed and matte surfaces that characterizes the collection, the “ cup ” stands out for its distinctive handle, which emphasizes the tactile qualities of this piece in a unique way. The clear, minimalist, almost openwork “Enso” rim design breaks with the tradition of the classic, uniform colored rim. It features a brushstroke applied richly and impasto-like in a single motion, gradually losing intensity as it extends. This design served as the inspiration for the “ decor ” Enso, which adds new accents to the LAB collection in a variety of colors.

Care

To ensure that you can enjoy the delicate, masterfully hand-painted designs for a lifetime, we recommend handling them with care. The painted porcelain is generally dishwasher-safe; however, it is best to wash it by hand on a regular basis to prevent the colors from fading due to overly frequent machine washing over an extended period of time.

The painted porcelain is also microwave-safe.

All members of the ever-growing LAB family can be identified by the chrome-green stamp and the lettering “BERLIN.”
