Product Information

The “ floor vase ” SAALE, a 1935 design by Trude Petri, embodies the sought-after symbiosis of form and function that the Bauhaus emphasized so strongly. This unique vase, a highlight of Trude Petri’s extensive collection of vase designs, was created during her impressive forty-year career (1928–1968) at the KPM Berlin . Trude Petri is known for her significant contributions to the world of porcelain, including the iconic URBINO dinner service—a true Bauhaus masterpiece and, to this day, one of the most successful porcelain lines from the KPM Berlin.

Care

To preserve the beauty of KPM Berlin 's delicate porcelain for generations to come, we recommend handling it with care and gentleness. Use a soft, dry cloth or a soft-bristled brush to remove dust from the porcelain.

If the porcelain is heavily soiled, you can clean it with lukewarm water and a mild detergent. Use a soft cloth and avoid applying pressure to delicate details. Then rinse the porcelain with clean water and dry it gently.
