Product Information

KPM Berlin ’s KURLAND BLANC NOUVEAU gourmet plate impresses with its size alone and offers ample space to provide a stylish setting for culinary creations. The relief border featuring “ biscuit porcelain ” makes this handcrafted masterpiece from the Royal Porcelain Manufactory a sensory delight. The idea for KURLAND BLANC NOUVEAU arose from the seemingly paradoxical desire to create a white “ decor .” The result is porcelain that can be experienced with your eyes closed. The captivating combination of glazed surfaces and matte reliefs creates a new tableware collection that becomes a visual and tactile experience.

Care

To ensure that you can enjoy the delicate, masterfully hand-painted designs for a lifetime, we recommend handling them with care. The painted porcelain is generally dishwasher-safe; however, it is best to wash it by hand on a regular basis to prevent the colors from fading due to overly frequent machine washing over an extended period of time.

Due to the metallic finishes—24k gold or glossy platinum—the porcelain is not suitable for use in the microwave.

A play of light and shadow, smooth surfaces and velvety textures: The beauty BLANC KURLAND BLANC can be experienced with your eyes closed and, whether in pure white or enhanced with exclusive hand-painted designs, it becomes a sensual delight. To mark the 250th anniversary of the Royal Porcelain Manufactory Berlin, Chief Designer Thomas Wenzel created this collection, offering a fresh way to experience the iconic KURLAND relief, which has been in existence since 1790: To bring out the relief with the utmost precision, the glaze is carefully removed by hand.
