Product Information

The "Colors of Berlin" collection tells the story of the bond between the porcelain manufacturer and its hometown. Whether green like the Tiergarten, blue like the lakes of Köpenick, sand-colored like the popular beach at Wannsee , or anthracite like the trendy Mitte —as a tribute to the urban factory district, the BERLIN breakfast cup, designed in 1996 by Enzo Mari and later awarded the iF Design Award, is available in luster colors. The mugs shimmer with as many facets as the metropolis itself, where they are still lovingly handcrafted by KPM Berlin to this day.

Care

To ensure that you can enjoy the delicate, masterfully hand-painted designs for a lifetime, we recommend handling them with care. The painted porcelain is generally dishwasher-safe; however, it is best to wash it by hand regularly to prevent the colors from fading due to overly frequent machine washing over an extended period. To prevent scratches on the metallic, shimmering surface, the porcelain should also not be stacked.

The colored porcelain is microwave-safe.

Gift wrapping

Have your porcelain gift-wrapped in royal blue paper with an elegant white bow. To do so, add "Gift Wrapping" to your selection in the shopping cart.

You can also include a greeting card with your order, which we can handwrite with your personal message upon request.
