• Professional and service-oriented support for our customers in advising on our products
  
• Strengthening customer loyalty through sustainable maintenance of the customer base & acquisition of new customers
  
• After intensive training and induction, taking over your own area of ​​responsibility in the KPM Store
  
• Participation in an appealing KPM store presentation through sales-oriented presentation of our exclusive KPM porcelain
  
• Participation in the planning, organization and implementation of retail marketing activities at the POS
  
• Merchandise disposition, cash register work and completion of all work in the KPM Store

  Selling and service are your passion, and you are also familiar with the preparatory and follow-up work on an inventory management system and in customer/CRM service
  
• Commitment and the willingness to work intensively in your new area of ​​responsibility and to help shape it inspire you
  
• You love to approach different people and appear stylish
  
• You are confident in using modern media and enjoy using them efficiently in everyday life (omnichannel)
  
• Good knowledge of MS Office
