THE TASKS INCLUDE IN PARTICULAR

    • Full KPI responsibility; analysis and realization & control of the development of sales & KPIs / budget planning
    • Identification and development of additional sales opportunities for KPM, incl. B2B
    • Customer-oriented advice and sales to B2C and B2B customers;
    • Building and maintaining lasting customer relationships
    • Personnel planning with regard to turnover & current requirements and recruiting new team members in cooperation with HQ
    • Leadership, motivation and delegation of tasks and coaching of employees
    • Ensuring the quality of advice and performance of store employees
    • Responsibility for an appealing KPM store presentation through sales-oriented presentation of our exclusive KPM porcelains in accordance with the corporate identity and the standards of our visual merchandising concept
    • Responsibility for the planning, organization & implementation of sales-relevant initiatives incl. retail marketing activities at the POS (local promotion/events & incentives/collaboration with premium/luxury retailers), including customer acquisition (CRM)
    • Responsibility for merchandise planning in terms of quality and quantity as well as inventory
    • Processing of complaints, exchanges;
    • Responsibility for cash accounting, creation of invoices and credit notes
    • Use of the Microsoft Dynamics NAV merchandise management system and routine with MS Office programs
    • Regular participation in central retail conferences and training sessions
