Questions about the new KPM Berlin online shop for existing customers

Discover the new KPM Berlin website. In addition to some visual adjustments, we have also added many functions to our online shop. Please feel free to take a look around.

1. What happens to my existing customer account?

Your customer account, with access to all online orders you have placed so far, still exists.

Due to a new technical basis, you now have to assign a new password to log in. Your customer data is still stored in your customer account.

Are you an existing customer and already registered for the WEISS customer club?
After reactivating your account, there may be delays in displaying your customer club number.

2. How do I log in?

In order to use the shop as an existing customer, you must assign a new password. Just click Create Account . By using the same email address, old and new orders are merged.

3. What happens to my current order?

All orders will be processed as usual, regardless of whether you ordered in the old shop system or in the new shop system.

4. Will I continue to receive the KPM Berlin newsletter automatically?

Existing newsletter registrations are retained for the newsletter - a new registration is not necessary.
