These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) of KPM Königliche Porzellan-Manufaktur Berlin GmbH (KPM) regulate the customer's free participation in our customer club WEISS program. By concluding the customer club contract , the customer receives a customer card with the name KPM Customer Club WEISS based on these General Terms and Conditions. A customer within the meaning of these General Terms and Conditions is the holder of a KPM customer club WEISS card. Any natural person who has reached the age of 18 can take part. KPM remains the owner of the KPM customer club card WEISS.

Customer card contract

The customer is obliged to fill out the application documents completely and correctly and to sign them personally. If the application documents are filled out online, verification takes place via email address. The submission of the application represents the customer's offer to KPM to conclude the customer club contract. The customer card contract is concluded when KPM issues the KPM customer club card WHITE to the customer. The only person entitled under the customer club contract is the main cardholder (hereinafter: cardholder). The KPM customer club card WHITE is not transferable to third parties. Customer card account: When the customer club card contract is concluded, KPM sets up a customer card account for the cardholder. The financial year of the customer card contract begins on January 1st. and ends on December 31st. of the year. In addition to the necessary personal data, the cardholder's purchasing sales for the current financial year made upon presentation of the KPM customer club card and the current status of the bonus are stored on the customer card account for the respective financial year, taking data protection into account.

Advantages of the customer club

An annual bonus of 3% of the annual turnover (applies only to porcelain and merchandise, not to services); Advance announcements when new products are introduced; Price advantages and exclusive items; Free delivery for orders over 250 euros in the KPM online shop and the KPM stores. Sales in the sense of the customer club card account are exclusively the purchase made and paid for in full by presenting the KPM customer club card and entering the customer card number. A “subsequent” or “retroactive” presentation of the customer card is not possible. The sales recorded on the customer club card account are not transferable to third parties and are exclusively available to the cardholder. Sales generated through the purchase of gift vouchers and the purchase of already reduced items from the KPM range are excluded from the customer club card program. In the event of a legally permissible or agreed reversal of a purchase (contract cancellation, dispute, withdrawal, exchange, etc.) as well as incorrect bookings or misuse, KPM has the right to negatively debit the cardholder's customer club account accordingly and to reverse bookings.

Redeeming the bonus

The bonus earned over the course of a financial year (January 1st - December 31st) is sent to the cardholder in the form of a KPM credit card. It can only be redeemed by the cardholder in the following financial year with the subsequent purchase(s) of goods by presenting the KPM credit card at the checkout or in the online shop. A cash withdrawal of the KPM credit card is not possible. The bonus is only available to the holder of the main card.

Card loss/card misuse

If you discover that your card has been lost or misused, please notify the KPM customer club WEISS customer service immediately (address below). Card misuse occurs in particular if the card is not used in accordance with the contract. KPM is only liable for damages resulting from a culpable failure to provide or delayed notification in cases of intent or gross negligence. KPM will block the customer club card if KPM becomes aware of the loss or misuse of the card.

Use of your data

When you register for the KPM customer club WEISS, we process and store the customer data to calculate the annual bonus, for advertising addressed to the customer by post and for market research purposes. The use of data for these purposes can be objected to at any time by post or email.


When registering for the KPM Berlin newsletter, the customer will receive an email immediately after registration in which the newsletter registration must be confirmed (double opt-in). When confirming the newsletter, the customer's IP address, date and time are stored for data protection purposes. The data is used exclusively to send the KPM newsletter and is not passed on to third parties. Excepted from this are technical service providers who send the newsletter. The customer has the opportunity to unsubscribe from the KPM newsletter at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link in the newsletter or by sending an email to

Termination of the card contract

The holder can cancel the customer club card at any time by making a declaration in text form. The declaration must be sent to the KPM Berlin GmbH customer club WEISS, contact details below. The declaration of termination is equivalent to the return of the customer cards to KPM Customer Club WEISS. When the customer card is canceled, the card also loses its validity. The termination does not affect the bonus; it must be redeemed within three months of receipt of the customer's declaration of termination. After this period, the bonus expires. KPM is entitled to terminate the customer card contract with three months' notice to the end of a financial year by giving the customer a written declaration. A bonus must be redeemed by the customer by the end of the financial year in which the termination takes effect. The bonus then expires. The right to termination without notice for good cause remains reserved. If the termination occurs and KPM is responsible for the important reason for the customer's termination without notice, the regulations on ordinary termination, redemption and forfeiture of the bonus apply. If KPM terminates the customer card contract for an important reason, the bonus expires at the end of the financial year in which the termination was declared by KPM in text form.
