The collaboration between the KPM Berlin and the internationally renowned artist Willehad Eilers highlights Eilers’ playful approach to sketching, which always serves as the starting point for his work. During his early creative years, the artist broke away from everything he had learned—classical painting—and the line on a white background became his new mentor, not only on paper but also on canvas.

With his work, he questioned the tense relationship between people and the resulting consequences. Immerse yourself in the world of the artist: His protagonists are often found in the settings of the opulent but also unstable 1920s, the epitome of glamorous living. Willehad Eilers has transferred a section of these sceneries onto the handmade Vide Poche. The edition, limited to 100 pieces, is sold out.
