Created in the era of Bauhaus and New Objectivity and inspired by Far Eastern vessel shapes and flagless Renaissance plates, the series bears the name of the Italian city of Urbino, famous for its ceramic manufactories. With URBINO, KPM Berlin has created a design classic that fulfills the demand for an unconditional combination of form and function in every respect. The hand-applied colored rim HTS black gives the soft, rounded cup shape a striking contour.
