KPM Berlin goes
Pop-up CAFFÈ RIMOWA Milan
Ciao Milano: During Milan Design Week, KPM Berlin is furnishing the CAFFÈ RIMOWA Pop-up in Milan with its iconic BERLIN espresso cup by Enzo Mari, celebrating Italian coffee culture.
Espresso, please!
To kick off Milan Design Week, RIMOWA - known for its durable aluminum suitcases - is celebrating the launch of its first espresso machine in collaboration with La Marzocco with a pop-up cafè in the heart of Milan. The coffee is served here in style in a KPM porcelain icon by Enzo Mari. The espresso cup from his BERLIN collection has been reissued exclusively for the CAFFÈ RIMOWA with a matching logo and without a handle. The Berlin espresso cup is synonymous with KPM's masterful craftsmanship and Italian design, making it the perfect addition to the Linea Mini from RIMOWA x La Marzocco.
Stop by: CAFFÈ RIMOWA, April 16-21, 10:30 am - 7:30 pm, Via Achille Maiocchi 3, Milan.
The KPM Collection BERLIN by Enzo Mari
The espresso cup, re-released for CAFFÈ RIMOWA, was originally created as part of the BERLIN collection, which Italian designer Enzo Mari developed in 1996 in collaboration with the KPM Berlin master workshop. Its simple and functional design with the convex-concave shapes brings opposites into a harmonious balance as a tribute to the German capital and skillfully combines Italian design with the craftsmanship of KPM Berlin.
Today, the BERLIN collection has long been regarded as a modern masterpiece of porcelain art.
