The joint commitment to handicraft traditions has been linking the houses KPM and Botega Venetta since 2008, and their first joint project is the porcelain service "Intreccio Svanito". Its special feature is the "intrecciato", the famous wickerwork pattern of Bottega Veneta, painted by hand in the trompe-l'œil manner. For Tomas Maier, Creative Director at Bottega Veneta, the modern objectivity of Trude Petris Form URBINO forms the perfect basis. Each piece of the "Intreccio Svanito" is individually numbered by hand and bears the signatures of both partners. In July 2012, both companies celebrated their successful cooperation with a joint exhibition at the KPM store "The Box" in the Hackesche Höfe in Berlin.
