Unfortunately we don't ship goods to the following EU territories: Livigno, Campione d’Italia, Netherlands Antilles, Ceuta, Melilla, Andorra, Canary Islands, Anguilla, Ascension Island, Cayman Islands, Falkland Islands, Saint Helena, Tristan da Cunha, Chagos Islands, Turks and Caicos Islands, South Pole and Antarctic territories, Montserrat, Pitcairn Islands, Channel Islands, Cyprus (Turkish part), Martinique, Réunion, Mayotte, New Caledonia, Akrotiri and Dhekelia, Bonaire, Saba, Sint Eustatius, Scattered Islands in the Indian Ocean, French Polynesia, British Virgin Islands, Bermuda, Saint Barthélemy, Saint Martin, Gibraltar, Mount Atho.
We deliver porcelain, which is available from stock in the manufactory, within Germany in 2-5 working days. Abroad the standard delivery time is between 5 and 10 days. Porcelains with decoration are painted on your request and have a maximum delivery time of 60 days. Depending on the number of pieces, the degree of difficulty of the decoration and the workload of our in-house porcelain painters, this time span can be considerably less than 60 days. All other porcelains have a standard delivery time of 60 days. The availability of your items is shown on the product pages and will be confirmed by e-mail after the purchase is completed.
After an order you will receive status messages by e-mail. You can also check the current status of your order at any time in your customer account. Should the Königliche Porzellan-Manufaktur Berlin be unable to meet promised delivery times due to incidents beyond our control, you will be informed immediately.
Parcel goods are delivered via the parcel service providers DHL or UPS. Deliveries with a higher number of items will be split up into several packages. This ensures that an order can be easily transported even after it has been delivered by the parcel service provider. Please note that you inspect the goods in detail upon receipt. If you notice any transport damage to the product, please fill out the enclosed return slip and return the package to us. If you have any questions, please contact the customer service.
