Porcelain pieces in stock are delivered in Germany within two to three working days. In general, items in stock that are ordered before midday from Monday to Friday are forwarded to our shipping company on the same day. Deliveries outside Germany usually take between five and ten days. Patterned porcelain pieces are painted to order; the maximum delivery time is 60 days. Depending on the number of pieces ordered, the complexity of the pattern, and the workload of our in-house porcelain painters, the delivery time may be far shorter than 60 days. All other porcelain pieces have a standard delivery time of 60 days.
The product pages on our website show the availability of the articles ordered. This availability will be confirmed by e-mail once you have placed your order.
Parcels are delivered by DHL or UPS. Deliveries containing a larger number of items will be split between several parcels, thus allowing customers to transport an order easily once it has been delivered. Please note that you should inspect the items thoroughly after arrival. Should you detect any transport damage please fill in the return recipes.
